So Courtney did this awesome meme about how characters have sex and honestly I figure, why the fuck not? No seriously, why not? Maybe it'll get my brain jumpstarted and I can figure out who else to app for lastvoyages since playing Hoffman is pretty much a full-time writing gig/paractically part-time job.

ON TO THE SEXUAL PARTNERS! warning. Very NSFW.Collapse )
Gordon hated coming to Bludhaven.

He hated coming to Bludhaven every single time. He thought about it on the ferry, he thought about it in the car, he thought about it but kept it to himself because nine times out of ten he was there to provide testimony that would hopefully mean somebody who had fled there would end up coming back to Gotham to stand trial.

It had gotten worse since his promotion. Far worse. He'd walk the precincts and watch cops stare at him and do his best not to think about it or to utter I hate Bludhaven under his breath.

He was just trying to do his job.

That was a job that was getting progressively harder. It wasn't made easier by dreams of a man with half a face falling and speaking at a funeral but the world moved on and Harvey Dent died a hero and Batman...

"It's not every day the Commissioner of GCPD is here." Commissoner Radham said, "Especially, to talk to me."

"I want to talk about Joey Fontaine."

"So talk about Joey Fontaine."

This was a pointless conversation. Gordon knew it deep in his gut but he had to try and finish what Harvey Dent had done. Radham lied and Radham weedled and Radham hid behind a shield of justice and it wasn't until he mentioned Nightwing and Batman that Gordon looked up sharply.

"Rest assured." Gordon stood, "If you can't deal with vigilantes on your turf, you're not going to get any help from us." He moved to take his coat, "As you said, to each city it's own."

"What, you're not going to share your feelings on Batman?" Redham stood up, "Hey Jim...Jim...Gordon!"

Gordon turned, "My city is reeling."

"I don't have time to save anyone else's." He looked to the right, and then the left, "I'm sorry. I just don't." He sighed, "...I wish I could."

He ignored the looks from the blond clerk as he walked out. The moment he was out of the building he sat heavily on the ground and tried to pretend that he wasn't a cop, that Gotham and Bludhaven didn't exist, and that this was all some kind of comic book.
